WESTBOROUGH,why is my saltwater aquarium cloudy MA--(Marketwired - May 1, 2014) - C2C Systems will host a webinar on May 15
th
at 1:00 p.m. EDT featuring panelists from the legal community, information governance consultants, and the tech industry, discussing defensible deletion. The panelists will include Jennifer Feldman from DLA Piper, Mike Frazier from TERIS, and C2C's Rich Turner.
The panelists will examine recent cases involving companies who defended their document deletion strategies. "Companies often worry that if they don't save everything, forever, they may be liable for legal sanctions in court cases," noted Dave Hunt, CEO of C2C Systems. "Companies can also face problems when information that could have been defensibly deleted is discovered and taken out of context, such as prejudice claims. We are hosting this webinar to help educate companies that there are strategies for defensible deletion and they can comfortably reduce their excessive stores of information."
The panel will also discuss how Information Governance Services Providers like TERIS develop "best practices" for companies to implement such strategies and how technologies such as C2C's ArchiveOne enable companies to mount defensible deletion strategies.
